Happy New Year

Happy New Year

I hope you have had a wonderful holiday and are enjoying returning to the routine of “normal” life.  I had a wonderful holiday with family as I hope your family surrounded you.  I spent some of my holiday examining previous posts and I find I am very proud of some.  At the same time I have found others which I am less proud of.  I suspect many writers feel this way.

I would not have made anywhere near this far without many people helping me.  I have received wonderful insight from Randy Wong who runs www.retinaeyedoctor.com which I highly recommend to all of you.  He got me started and saved me months of floundering.  I also want to thank Craig Fratrik for giving me great insights into reading a blog.  He is one of the most tech savvy people I know and helped me change things so you can read easier.

Those of you who know me personally are aware I am not a writer, frankly it is my area of greatest difficultly.  I hope it is improving and even those people who have pointed out my many failings grammatically are greatly appreciated (even if I am tempted to snarl when I hear them).

I want you all to know I appreciate any comments you make both online (confession, I find it very exciting when people comment) and in person.  Those comments directly affect the way I present information and what is presented so keep it up.

The bottom line is, I am learning.  There is more to learn than I ever expected and I constantly feel three steps behind where I should be.   But I hope I am providing you with a new way to think of the visual system and I appreciate your help in doing so.
